Refund Policy

Once services activated on tianainfocare.com, the payment made by the User for activated Paid service is not refundable under any circumstances and no claim for refund would be entertained.

If you send us a request (on the basis of reasonable grounds) for refund within 10 working days then we will initiate full refund, but if you initiate refund after 10 days then there will be the deduction of 10% from the total paid amount. The refund process may take time 30-35 working days depending on the availability of the information. Please send your mail with details at support@tianainfocare.com The amount will be refunded through the same form tianainfocare.com receives the payment. The amount received in one form will not be refunded in a different form. (For e.g., the amount received through credit card payment will be refunded only by remittance to the same credit card.)
